William J. Sitar, Esq. holds a JD from Seton Hall University and a BA from Boston College. He also earned his MBA from St. Peters College. He is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and holds a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License. Bill clerked for two New Jersey Superior Court juges and prior to forming Sitar Law Offices, LLC, was a partner at Mandelbaum & Mandelbaum, P.C. Bill has been handling tax appeals in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for over twenty years. He appears before the various County Boards of Taxation and Tax Court on a regular basis. Additionally, he has numerous published opinions in the Tax Court and the New Jersey Superior Court reports and has argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court in 2nd Roc vs. Morristown regarding a special improvement tax.
